Fire Department

The Berne Volunteer Fire Department was organized in 1895 and has since served Berne and the surrounding area with the same commitment as those volunteers of the past. Our goal is to prevent loss of lives and protect property in case of fire, natural disasters, or other emergencies. We are dedicated to protect the citizens of Berne, Adams County, and all who may visit or travel through our community.
